Manager, Account Executives, Mid-Market West

Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers for the West Market, building customized sales strategies and strategic plans to grow market share. Coach and mentor Account Executives, set performance goals and metrics, and run recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to improve sales processes, analyze sales data and market trends, and help drive customer satisfaction and revenue targets.
