Senior Associate, Data Analyst

Support the Sales Operations team by analyzing sales, collections, broker activity, and customer transactions to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. Build dashboards and executive-ready presentations, monitor key metrics (sales conversion, collections, defaulters, broker performance), and ensure CRM data accuracy. Identify data gaps, improve data quality, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to validate and streamline reporting, forecasting, and leadership reviews.
