Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
  • •Own and drive the security charter for Adobe Campaign, including security improvements and vulnerability remediation with internal security organizations.
  • •Provide technical direction and oversight across the team’s engineering initiatives, including architecture and technical decisions.
  • •Drive engineering excellence across quality, reliability, performance, operational excellence, and engineering practices.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to define priorities, manage execution, address technical/operational challenges, and support hiring and career development in an Agile environment.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, including managing engineering teams.
  • •Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud architecture, with system design and design pattern knowledge.
  • •Application security and vulnerability management experience for enterprise SaaS, including OWASP Top 10 class remediation and secure code review/threat modeling.
  • •Strong programming experience in C++ plus experience with Java, Python, and/or related languages.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
