Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of construction services, materials engineering, geotechnical, and infrastructure projects from initiation through close-out.
  • •Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and reporting activities.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, laboratories, and field personnel.
  • •Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, invoicing, profitability, and resource utilization.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and develop and maintain long-term relationships.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration in Ontario is considered a strong asset.
  • •8-12+ years of experience in consulting engineering, construction services, materials engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong understanding of construction practices, quality control, materials testing, and infrastructure project delivery.
