Food Waste Chargehand (Stowmarket, Suffolk, GB, IP14 5AT)

Supervise frontline teams in the Environmental Services team to ensure food waste services are delivered safely and to the highest standards. Coordinate daily routes, schedules, and workloads, promoting compliance with health and safety procedures and local policies. Serve as a key communication link between colleagues, supervisors, managers, clients, and customers, while monitoring quality, PPE use, attendance, and operational performance. Maintain accurate operational records including timesheets, incident reports, and waste documentation.
