Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance.
  • •Supervise equipment performance and area efficiency using applications to monitor equipment and increase efficiency.
  • •Perform Clean and Inspections on area equipment, monitor and release area holds, and respond to SWR instructions/issues.
  • •Review SPC charts and respond to param alarms/cards/changes; escalate process deviations to engineering.
  • •Investigate root causes of quality deviations, write quality deviation reports, and prepare records/charts/graphs for engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of probe manufacturing procedures, processes, or data systems.
  • •Familiarity with automated systems and tools, with ability to troubleshoot process problems and address root causes.
  • •Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • •Experience with MTSPC and/or SPACE systems.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts and stand the entire shift while lifting equipment up to 20 lbs.
