Job Summary

Design risk-based test strategies and translate them into automated coverage using AI-assisted development workflows. Build and maintain automated test suites with Playwright and integrate them into GitHub CI/CD pipelines to embed quality gates throughout delivery. Create agentic testing workflows using AI models and APIs, improve test suite health (speed and flakiness), and own quality metrics that increase release confidence. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to shift quality left.

Key Responsibilities

•Design risk-based test strategies for new features and releases, then convert them into automated coverage using AI-assisted workflows.
•Use Claude Code (or equivalent AI coding agents) to generate, scale, and maintain automated test coverage.
•Build and maintain Playwright automated test suites integrated into GitHub CI/CD pipelines to embed quality gates.
•Design and implement agentic testing workflows that generate, adapt, and maintain automated tests using AI models and APIs.
•Improve test suite health and quality metrics, including reducing flakiness, increasing execution speed, and increasing release confidence.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering fundamentals to review, validate, and debug code across modern programming languages.
•Experience with modern test automation frameworks, preferably Playwright.
•Ability to use AI coding agents as a primary development partner for generating, reviewing, debugging, refactoring, and maintaining code.
•Comfort delegating significant implementation work to AI agents while maintaining high engineering and quality standards.
•Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
