Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as GTM DRI for product and model launches, owning account selection, coordinating field readiness, and running launch-week operating room execution.
  • •Synthesize customer adoption signals (usage patterns, migration behavior, qualitative field feedback) into actionable executive reads.
  • •Design and run the field response loop for capturing, triaging, and routing customer and field feedback to the right teams.
  • •Evolve the NPI methodology by designing and iterating operating cadence, roles, and handoffs for standard releases and managed-access programs.
  • •Carry executive reporting cadence for launches and make adoption trends legible early and retrospectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy & operations.
  • •Built and run high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with many cross-functional dependencies at a high-velocity product company.
  • •Ability to quickly weigh, select, and execute the balance between business, safety, and repeatability considerations.
  • •Written for and presented to senior executives, producing leadership readouts and running the room with Product, Research, and Finance counterparts.
  • •Bachelor's degree required.
