Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze supply-demand matching, identify root causes/shortages, and drive closure of the gap.
  • •Ensure production supply targets are met from wafer to pack-out.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and product planning & control within a supply chain organization.
  • •Experience with outsourcing/OSAT management or design house operations.
  • •Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing in English and Chinese.
  • •NPI experience across samples planning/delivery and volume ramp-up with factories.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in business/material management or industry engineering.
