Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initiatives and the service delivery team within Investment Banking & Capital Markets to support strategic planning, management, and governance.
  • •Partner with front office leaders to support revenue growth objectives and evolve Capital Markets Service Delivery to meet their needs.
  • •Identify operational pain points and set a strategic vision to create efficiencies, reduce manual processes, and enable automation to support revenue and expense goals.
  • •Develop and maintain risk governance and operational risk management systems for Capital Markets Service Delivery, advocating for issue identification and corrective action.
  • •Oversee third-party vendors and suppliers, resolving sourcing, third-party risk management, and cyber/info security items; perform registered principal supervisory tasks for specified dealer roles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent education and related training).
  • •15 years leading operational teams in the financial services industry.
  • •Broad product knowledge across operational functions supporting CIB, including clearing, derivatives and collateral management, foreign exchange payments/processing, and syndicated loan processes.
  • •Complex stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical internal/external stakeholders with strong influencing skills.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and FINRA Series 24 licensing with experience serving as a registered principal.
