Job Summary

Build and enhance secure, scalable, user-centred CRM solutions within SEB’s Customer Overview and Digital Enablers Tribe. Work with an agile Scrum team across the Baltic region to define requirements, estimate effort, integrate solutions, and ensure smooth deployments. Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents to keep CRM processes reliable and continuously improving.
