Key Responsibilities

  • •Own tax provision, compliance, and tax audit matters for EMEA, partnering with external advisors and local finance/accounting teams.
  • •Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions for EMEA entities under U.S. GAAP and local statutory standards.
  • •Ensure timely preparation and submission of corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
  • •Support operational tax matters such as withholding taxes and tax registrations, and manage tax audits with local tax authorities.
  • •Partner with the U.S. tax team, corporate legal, and accounting on cross-border initiatives including entity restructuring, transfer pricing documentation, and permanent establishment (PE) risk analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or tax.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience in corporate tax within a multinational organization or Big 4/public accounting environment.
  • •Professional qualification in Tax, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA) preferred.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of EMEA direct and indirect tax rules, reporting obligations, and tax accounting standards.
  • •Experience preparing/reviewing U.S. GAAP tax provisions (ASC 740) and familiarity with transfer pricing frameworks (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two).
