Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SecOps, ITBM, SPM)
  • •Pursue platform and application certifications to strengthen technical and functional capabilities
  • •Analyze client requirements and guide them on technology solutions offered by the company, with emphasis on ServiceNow
  • •Propose complex architectural solutions and clearly explain technical and process characteristics to clients
  • •Collaborate with delivery, sales and HR teams to support pre-sales activities and project delivery

Key Requirements

  • •Have technical studies background; likely a degree in scientific or IT fields (laurea or diploma)
  • •Excellent knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript and Java; experience with SOAP Web Services and API Programming Java
  • •Certifications in CSA and specialization on one or more application modules; ServiceNow Technical Architect certification
  • •Strong consulting and client relationship skills; ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • •Knowledge of ITIL, security standards and project management practices (e.g., Prince2 or PMI)
