Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite support for classrooms, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, audiovisual systems, and related user technologies.
  • •Respond to incidents and service requests with timely, professional, customer-focused assistance.
  • •Support classroom technology validation, conference room readiness checks, functional testing, and UAT after maintenance, upgrades, or deployments.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting of displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, touch panels, conferencing systems, and other supported AV components.
  • •Document incidents/service requests and resolutions in the approved service management platform, and maintain knowledge base articles and operational documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in Information Technology, Audiovisual Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •1+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • •Foundational experience supporting classroom, conference room, collaboration, audiovisual, or endpoint technologies.
  • •Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications/services.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and troubleshoot analytically while working onsite full-time and traveling between designated campus locations as required.
