Key Responsibilities

  • •Control operations across Pilbara sites from the Perth Operations Centre with a focus on safe and efficient performance.
  • •Direct fixed plant operators to coordinate activities safely and improve efficiency in line with the Operating Level Agreement.
  • •Coordinate with site and Operations Centre personnel to collate and communicate operational information in a timely manner.
  • •Monitor changing operational conditions and manage multiple priorities to support continuity of operations.
  • •Complete detailed shift handovers so incoming teams have the information needed to maintain safe, smooth operations.

Key Requirements

  • •A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
  • •AHS (Autonomous Haulage System) experience, including working with Komatsu Front Runner and/or Caterpillar MineStar and/or Dispatch systems.
  • •Remote pit control or site-based pit operations experience, depending on your background.
  • •Remote drill control or site-based drill operations experience, depending on your background.
  • •A current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
