Key Responsibilities

  • •Cover a territory of large enterprise and commercial companies and grow it through internal business partnerships with field sales and alliance/partner programs.
  • •Partner with services sellers to deliver Red Hat services and solutions based on customer business requirements.
  • •Design and implement technical and business solutions focused on OpenShift, Ansible AAP, OpenShift AI, RHEL, and related technologies.
  • •Ensure successful delivery of projects by managing scope, progress, resources, escalations, and customer expectations.
  • •Coordinate personnel management, including recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring, and provide regular performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing technical teams and delivering services or consulting in large customer accounts.
  • •Experience delivering projects end-to-end, including scope definition and monitoring progress through closeout.
  • •Ability to architect complex solutions using multiple offerings and technologies to deliver business value.
  • •Knowledge of application development and/or cloud solutions creation and delivery, with experience working in agile project teams.
  • •Willingness to speak at public conferences and meetups.
