Key Responsibilities

  • •Program Amada equipment according to production requirements.
  • •Perform setup and machine adjustments on Amada to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • •Support Press Brake directly as a specialized technician, including adjustments and validations.
  • •Troubleshoot production problems in real time on the floor and optimize programs/setups to improve productivity and reduce scrap.
  • •Validate first piece runs, coordinate with maintenance for critical failures, manage purchase orders for tooling/replacement parts/improvements, and lead continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • •Five (5) years of manufacturing experience programming and operating Amada and Press Brake equipment, including adjustments and setup.
  • •Valid Driver’s license.
  • •Intermediate English (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of quality and standards such as ISO9001 and ISO14001, LEAN processes/tools, and advanced troubleshooting.
