Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and activate KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and regional partners.
•Build and manage cooperation models such as rebate programs, commission structures, affiliate incentives, broker partnerships, community campaigns, and trading-focused partnerships.
•Manage partner relationships and continuously improve trading volume, active users, deposits, conversion, and revenue contribution.
•Work with Marketing, Product, and BD leadership to support localized campaigns, partner materials, market feedback, and product improvement.
•Build market maps covering partner landscape, competitor activity, KOL ecosystems, trading communities, and user behavior.

Key Requirements

•Proven BD experience in crypto exchange, futures trading platform, broker, affiliate business, fintech trading product, or Web3 trading product.
•Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, rebate, commission, or partner incentive models.
•Existing partner resources in at least one regional market, language group, or trading community.
•Strong understanding of crypto trading users, futures products, trading communities, and partner-driven acquisition.
•Ability to activate partners and generate measurable commercial contribution.
