Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in design and implementation of control systems for CCGT facilities using DCS/SCADA/PLC and turbine control systems.
  • •Develop and maintain engineering documentation including P&IDs, control narratives, loop diagrams, FDS, and as-built documentation.
  • •Support industrial network implementation and integration for fiber optic and industrial Ethernet systems, coordinating multi-vendor interfaces.
  • •Participate in FAT/SAT testing, perform loop checks and calibration, and support commissioning and performance testing activities.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and support field installation and wiring verification while ensuring IEC standards compliance, HSE procedures, and ICS cybersecurity awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in instrumentation and control engineering, with exposure to combined cycle power plant projects.
  • •Understanding of DCS/SCADA/PLC platforms (Honeywell, Siemens, Emerson, or Yokogawa).
  • •Experience supporting FAT, SAT, and commissioning/startup activities, including loop testing and calibration.
  • •Knowledge of industrial networks and protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and industrial Ethernet.
  • •Ability to create engineering documentation (P&IDs, control narratives, loop diagrams) and support compliance with IEC and project standards.
