Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Become an expert on the end-to-ends of Scale Products and translate customer needs into Scale capabilities.
  • •Create tailored demonstrations and collateral for federal stakeholders at executive and analyst levels, and partner with Account Executives to deliver pilots.
  • •Integrate and ingest external datasets to solve government use cases and interact with customers to design solutions.
  • •Work with internal product and engineering teams to turn customer requirements into Scale capabilities and understand public sector mission sets to showcase products.
  • •Based in the Washington, DC area or willing to relocate and demonstrate AI/ML experience, particularly Generative AI and LLMs.
