Payroll Specialist - hybrid

Own accurate, timely end-to-end payroll operations for the Netherlands, acting as a liaison between employees, HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors. Execute monthly payroll activities, validate and reconcile payroll inputs, and handle audits and exception reporting. Manage payroll inquiries through ticketing systems and ensure compliance with Dutch tax, social security, pension, and employment legislation, supporting statutory reporting and year-end activities.
