Job Summary

Operate the reverse unit and power swivel and assist with downhole services according to company procedures. Maintain proper well control during workovers/completions, assess well conditions for hazards, and ensure required tools and equipment are available and maintained to standards. Keep accurate tubing tallies, complete safety documentation (JSA) and tailgate meetings, and coordinate effectively with supervisors and the rig crew while performing physical shop and field duties.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate the reverse unit and power swivel and assist with downhole services per company policies and procedures.
•Ensure proper well control is maintained throughout workover or completion operations.
•Assess well conditions, identify hazards, and take corrective action ahead of operations.
•Maintain accurate JSA documentation and participate in tailgate safety meetings on location.
•Coordinate with the well site supervisor, reverse unit superintendent, and rig crew; maintain tools/equipment per company and manufacturer standards.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience operating a reverse unit and power swivel is preferred.
•Valid state driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as determined by the company.
•Maintain accurate tubing tallies for tools and equipment run into the wellbore.
•IADC Well Control certification is required.
•Ability to communicate effectively, multitask, follow safety policies/procedures, and work with a team (including taking direction and leading personnel).
