Drive assigned merchandise categories end-to-end, leading product development from concept through production and launch. Manage supplier and vendor relationships, oversee IP design submissions and sample approvals via licensing portals, and ensure products meet UAE regulatory, testing, compliance, and audit requirements. Own open-to-buy and gross profit targets, analyze sales and inventory data to optimize performance, and partner with planning and inventory teams on intake schedules and slow-moving stock.
