Job Summary

Drive the successful adoption and deployment of GenAI products by onboarding customers on Mistral’s products and APIs, guiding prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning, and ensuring strong production integration across back-end and front-end interfaces. Work with customers from pre-sales through post-implementation, deploy high-impact production use cases, collaborate with researchers and engineers on complex LLM applications, and contribute to open-source codebases for inference and fine-tuning.

•Onboard customers on Mistral products and APIs, providing guidance on prompting, evaluation, and fine-tuning, and ensuring production integration across back-end and front-end interfaces.
•Help deploy LLM and GenAI use cases into production, delivering business impact across multiple industries.
•Collaborate with researchers and engineers on complex customer projects involving state-of-the-art LLM applications and fine-tuning.
•Run customer-facing pre-sales calls to understand needs and provide technical guidance on Mistral technologies.
