Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lifecycle and integrated campaigns across email, webinar, SMS, direct mail, digital advertising, web, social, and sales channels, including product launches and newsletters.
  • •Build, test, and deploy campaigns and automations by coordinating audiences, segmentation, personalization, content, tracking, and QA.
  • •Support targeted programs including A/B tests, nurture campaigns, ABM, and executive outreach; document learnings and improvements.
  • •Own day-to-day management of customer-facing marketing collateral, coordinating production, printing, inventory, and distribution, and managing updates/retirements.
  • •Provide full ownership of social media execution: maintain the social content calendar, draft/coordinate/schedule/publish content, and monitor/report on engagement metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, communications, or a related role.
  • •Experience executing marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, digital advertising, and/or web.
  • •Experience managing social media channels and developing social content for a brand or organization.
