Key Responsibilities

  • •Start-up and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • •Adjust and repair minor services on auxiliary equipment and troubleshoot issues for Maintenance personnel and the Shift Supervisor.
  • •Communicate with on-coming and off-going Mold Technicians and relay quality information.
  • •Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance on machine operations and malfunctions, and support stoppage investigations involving safety risks.
  • •Collect and inspect daily production reports, perform required data entry, and support Shift Supervisor coverage when needed.
