Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical strategy for Web3 initiatives and translate company priorities into a multi-quarter plan.
  • •Build, manage, and grow a team of mainly senior to staff level engineers through hiring, coaching, and career pathing.
  • •Lead design and technical direction for complex workflows across wallets, transactions, settlements, and on/off-chain orchestration.
  • •Own planning, execution, and delivery of multi-chain integrations, wallet infrastructure, RPC node management, and org-level on-chain transaction monitoring.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to convert ambiguous requirements into a coherent technical roadmap and represent engineering in exec reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience managing engineering teams, scaling teams and organizational structure.
  • •8+ years of overall engineering experience with production work across frontend, backend, and on-chain components in a Web3/blockchain context.
  • •Hands-on (or recent hands-on) experience with Web3 building blocks such as wallet connectivity/integrations, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and on-chain/off-chain payment and settlement flows.
  • •Strong knowledge of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) with a security-first mindset.
  • •Experience setting engineering standards across a stack spanning modern frontend frameworks, backend services/APIs, and smart contract/on-chain interactions.
