Key Responsibilities

•Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top TikTok Shop creators and celebrities, serving as their main point of contact.
•Develop and provide guidance on creator live-stream and video content strategies to drive engagement and transactions.
•Coordinate creator participation across platform campaigns, including content and product assortment planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
•Identify and support new creator/celebrity partnership opportunities with sellers aligned to creator audiences and values.
•Monitor and analyze creator performance in BAU and campaigns, prepare updates/reports, and manage creator budget planning and allocation.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor's degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or related fields.
•Good interpersonal skills with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
•Experience managing key accounts, affiliates, or KOLs within Singapore.
•Experience working with top celebrities/creators within Singapore.
