Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or related) with 24 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Alternative: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or related) with 60 months of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • •Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • •Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & DFX reviews, and precision manufacturing concepts.
  • •Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) including 5 Whys and fishbone analysis, plus cost modeling/teardown benchmarking and workshop facilitation/executive communication.
