  • •Determine production workflows and staffing requirements, coordinate materials flow, and adjust scheduling to maintain efficiency while meeting delivery schedules.
  • •Oversee production control activities including daily reporting accuracy, budgeted spending, and audits of QA/GMP/scrap/HFI and production methods.
  • •Lead daily supervision of hiring and training of production associates, and verify cycle times, process sheets, and downtime logs.
  • •Foster team leadership and drive CIP by identifying/developing projects from business needs, tracking metrics, and structuring corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience including plant supervision, quality control, maintenance, and production management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • •Must know and follow GMP/ASI/IMS/ISO/SQF procedures and be able to work safely following safety rules and JSA procedures.
  • •Must be able to identify and report violations and unsafe conditions and respond effectively in emergency situations.
  • •Experience operating Nissei/Aoki/Sidel/Husky equipment with technical processing skills.
