Job Summary

Lead global onboarding and maintenance support for Mashreq’s CIBG & IBG online banking platforms, driving end-to-end digital transformation of key client journeys. Manage and develop multiple teams in a remote environment across MGN locations, ensure high-quality service delivery against SLAs, and oversee change and automation roadmaps. Partner with business and product teams to improve customer experience, controls, audit outcomes, and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver world-class support for CIBG & IBG businesses and proactively drive end-to-end digital transformation of client onboarding and support activities.
•Manage, lead, and develop multiple teams across remote working environments and MGN locations.
•Run day-to-day planning and operations to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned to SLAs for digital channel and related processes.
•Manage change and automation roadmaps impacting digital onboarding and maintenance processes.
•Ensure documented operating procedures, effective controls, and governance to mitigate risks and maintain satisfactory audit outcomes and nil operational losses.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience with deep understanding of Corporate Banking Operations functionality.
•Strong operational background and clear understanding of banking processes.
•Good knowledge of local regulatory rules and legislation, plus various international requirements.
•Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
•Strong team management skills.
