Monitor Salesforce inbox correspondence within SLAs, handle delegated sales/service and reporting tasks, and build repeat customer relationships through exceptional customer service. Use strong knowledge of travel products, IATA geography, and travel industry trading terms to assemble itineraries and respond effectively to disruptions and cancellations.
