Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the strategic direction and quality bar for a portfolio of Human-Centered Change engagements and serve as senior escalation for account and project leadership.
  • •Build and sustain executive-level customer relationships to drive alignment and sponsorship for C-suite transformation programs.
  • •Shape HCC go-to-market strategy, leading complex proposal development, deal shaping, and SOW structuring for large or high-risk engagements.
  • •Lead practice development by mentoring and developing Managers and Senior Managers, defining repeatable methodologies, and representing HCC as a thought leader.
  • •Guide customers through vision and change strategy, including enablement and training for successful adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of customer-facing consulting experience, including leading and growing a practice or portfolio of large-scale transformation engagements.
