Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and oversee offshore material management procedures to support offshore project execution.
  • •Coordinate procurement, tracking, storage, and issuance of tools, equipment, and consumables, including calibration records and recertification.
  • •Maintain detailed inventory logs, master lists, delivery/packing documentation, and manage Bag & Tag issuance notes and reconciliation.
  • •Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, escalate procurement requests, and respond to “AMR” during offshore campaigns.
  • •Coordinate logistics for customs documentation, cargo planning, shipment tracking, and manage Return to Shore (RTS) closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in material and logistics coordination focused on offshore operations.
  • •Diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent.
  • •Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
  • •Valid Offshore Training certificate.
  • •Ability to manage material procurement, tracking, storage, issuance, and reconciliation with accurate documentation.
