Job Summary

Prototyping and delivering AI-driven Proof-of-Value projects for strategic customers in the DACH region using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You’ll translate customer AI strategies and business challenges into solutioning, build and code in Celonis using SQL/PQL and Python, and prototype with modern generative AI techniques (e.g., RAG and agentic systems). Present quantified value to executives and support projects through adoption and realization.

•Prototype and build AI solutions in customer hackathons, rapidly demonstrating value to key stakeholders.
•Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects aligned with customer AI strategy and ensure value realization.
•Articulate and quantify business value in presentations and demos for senior executives.
•Contribute to the Value Engineering Center of Excellence by creating reusable collateral, best practices, and tools.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
•Excellent academic performance.
•Extensive internship experience or 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
•Understanding of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
•Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) plus data engineering tools and technologies.
