Project Manager II

Lead delivery of K-12 construction and modernization programs, managing multiple capital improvement projects across scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Coordinate with school district representatives, architects, engineers, contractors, regulators, and community stakeholders while monitoring performance and mitigating risks. Review schedules, cost estimates, change orders, and contract documentation, support procurement and consultant selection, and prepare executive-level reports from planning through construction closeout.
