Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of K-12 construction and modernization programs to meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • •Manage multiple capital improvement projects simultaneously, including new school construction, renovations, campus expansions, and facility upgrades.
  • •Coordinate with school district representatives, architects, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders.
  • •Monitor program performance, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies; review schedules, cost estimates, change orders, and contract documentation.
  • •Support procurement activities, consultant selection, construction contract administration, and ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and district policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field and 2+ years of relevant or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • •4+ years of experience managing K-12 construction, educational facility, or public sector capital improvement programs.
  • •Experience supporting California school districts, public agencies, or educational institutions.
  • •Strong understanding of design management, construction delivery methods, project controls, budgeting, and schedule management.
  • •Professional certifications such as PE, PMP, Registered Architect (RA), CCM, or similar.
