  • •Lead and develop a local supply chain team of 4 direct reports, translating strategy into clear objectives and performance goals.
  • •Drive supply chain performance by owning key financial metrics, including sales impact, inventory management, and transportation costs.
  • •Implement and execute regional supply chain strategies, policies, and best practices in the local organization.
  • •Ensure reliable order management and finished goods availability to deliver high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • •Optimize production output through production planning, sequencing, cleaning cycle management, and inventory balancing.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics, including at least 1 year in a leadership or similar managerial role.
  • •Experience working in a matrix organization within an international business environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain management, operations, production planning, and inventory management.
  • •Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
