Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the product roadmap and strategic priorities for the capital cost estimation portfolio, including building business cases.
  • •Act as the primary Solution Manager in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment; coordinate with R&D leaders and Agile Release Trains and manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps.
  • •Partner with R&D teams to integrate complex calculations and leverage data fabric architectures for performance and data integrity.
  • •Translate deep technical cost-estimation workflows into intuitive, modern web experiences with UX/UI designers and domain stakeholders.
  • •Conduct continuous discovery with end-users and use usage data, market/competitive research, and macroeconomic trends to guide the product lifecycle and stakeholder alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical or business field (MBA desired).
