•Drive engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and release governance.
•Lead by example, guiding engineers through complexity and raising engineering standards through day-to-day actions.
•Demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset and learn the best tools for the job.
•Define reference architectures and reusable patterns for ingestion, transformation, and serving on GCP.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in relevant technologies.
•Data engineering experience with Python, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Hadoop, NiFi/Kafka, and RDBMS; strong knowledge of GCP (BQ, GCS, Git) and CI/CD.
•Hands-on experience with Vertex AI or equivalent managed LLM services, including deploying/consuming endpoints.
•Proven delivery of at least one LLM-enabled capability (e.g., RAG data pipelines, embeddings, vector indexing, or LLM telemetry).
•Delivered critical data products/pipelines with measurable improvements in reliability, latency, and data quality.
