Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure HSE requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Provide HSE training and conduct daily toolbox talks; ensure employees and visitors/suppliers complete site induction training.
  • •Ensure hazards and unsafe conditions are identified daily, with observation reports and recorded corrective measures; address and report violations.
  • •Maintain HSE reporting and documentation, including daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and daily/monthly inspection logs for equipment, mobile plant, gears, and fire extinguishers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering.
  • •Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses, investigating accidents/incidents/near-misses, and developing mitigation and corrective actions.
