  • •Demonstrate safety leadership and ensure safe work habits in accordance with NIPSCO’s Safety Manual.
  • •Provide leadership, direction, performance coaching, and two-way communication to front-line workforce.
  • •Actively manage development, training, and evaluation of front-line workers to improve performance.
  • •Respond to emergencies using established procedures, incident command system structure, and storm recovery structure.
  • •Direct field damage assessment, restoration work, and ensure training is up to date and compliant.
