Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of program managers and talent acquisition professionals to maximize recruiting efficiency, enablement, and planning.
  • •Oversee headcount management, recruiting enablement, objective assessment, talent marketing, candidate experience, and recruiting insights.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of TA systems and workflows across headcount approval through offer execution.
  • •Define and iterate on a TA roadmap to support recruiting diverse, high-impact talent.
  • •Use data to identify recruiting trends and KPIs/OKR drivers, and build a capacity model to allocate resources across teams.
