Partner with Hopper leaders as a strategic thought partner for HTS finance. Build and own long-range, code-based forecasting models and engines using AI-driven what-if scenarios. Support cross-functional teams with forecasting, unit economics, and performance tracking.

•Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders and build/own financial models translating operational drivers into recommendations.
•Architect long-range forecasting models and engines beyond spreadsheets, using AI to run what-if scenarios for a 3–5 year roadmap.
•Build and maintain code-based systems powering the finance engine, optimizing SQL and BigQuery workflows to automate dashboards and briefings.
•Partner cross-functionally (including Sales and Media) on forecasting, unit economics, and performance tracking.
•Stress-test assumptions and bring structured thinking to ambiguous, high-stakes financial questions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with 3-statement modeling experience.
