Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, coordinate, and implement government relations engagement strategy, including planning for senior leaders.
  • •Own engagement with UK regulatory authorities on sensitive matters, working closely with Legal and managing confidential communications.
  • •Advocate for policy changes beneficial to employees, customers, and the business while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.
  • •Manage resources (including outside consultants and trade associations) to achieve organizational goals.
  • •Monitor and report on policy issues impacting Adobe and mitigate where possible, while aligning narratives with Global Public Policy and tailoring UK messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of confirmed experience in successful government engagement.
  • •Comprehensive, direct experience with government policies and procedures in the UK.
  • •Experience engaging with government or regulatory bodies on sensitive, high-stakes matters requiring discretion and confidentiality.
  • •Direct knowledge of political structures and functions, and how to engage with political and external policy development bodies and parties.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, translating technical concepts into a compelling case for political outreach.
