•Supervise contractors on budgets, specialties, and project execution; conduct site visits to ensure quality and timeliness
•Handle and maintain permits, licenses, and municipal approvals in the system; ensure compliance with zoning, safety, and environmental regulations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering preferred)
•Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and facility management
•Experience in project management
•Technical experience relevant to equipment and installations in facilities is an advantage
•Proficient with Google Workplace and strong communication/negotiation skills
