Own the roadmap and end-to-end development of an agentic AI platform that powers customer-facing experiences, automating 70%+ of inbound sales and service requests. Partner with engineers to define prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails balancing latency, cost, and accuracy. Serve as the technical translator between product, engineering, and the broader org, using rigorous experimentation and OpenAI voice model evaluations to improve quality and automation rates.
