Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of experienced consultants; mentor junior team members on GB and consulting skills.
  • •Shape the business strategy and growth of the North America market; drive new business development with clients and prospects.
  • •Oversee large client relationships and complex projects; guide end-to-end delivery, set fees, project revenue projections, and deliverables.
  • •Provide international consulting support on GB topics (strategy, audits, benchmarking, global brokerage, non-US insured benefits, global wellbeing, M&A, governance, risk management).
  • •Lead financial and strategic client discussions; identify potential additional work and opportunities for out-of-scope services; collaborate with other Aon solution lines.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of international or non-US benefits experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm (international/global benefits)
  • •Experience managing a team of experienced consultants
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree or project management certification preferred
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, global environment and mentor junior team members
