Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and follow safety policies and procedures.
  • •Complete training from production associate positions to assembly mechanic roles.
  • •Perform maintainer duties in production, including quality checks and unplanned breakdown repair.
  • •Carry out preventative maintenance on a monthly basis and operate/adjust/repair manufacturing equipment.
  • •Conduct inspections, maintain production and maintenance/quality data, and perform record keeping and housekeeping tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • •Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial/motor controls is a plus.
  • •Comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, and twisting; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • •Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks during off-shift rotating schedules requiring overtime including weekends.
