Lead Debone Associate - 1st Shift

Lead daily deboning operations by performing assigned area functions and providing guidance and leadership to hourly associates. Train and cross-train associates on processes and skills, backfill for absent team members, and serve as a go-to for task-performance questions. Propose and present process-improvement ideas while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring all work follows company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and applicable regulations.
