Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment, complete repairs within timeframes, and conduct quality inspections. Coordinate with service advisors and the parts department to prioritize and schedule work, communicate with customers about issues and recommended repairs, and provide accurate estimates.
